Alliant Management Consulting will work with Rocky Mountain Health Systems on a five-year, health technology initiative to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The effort will continue to advance Rocky Mountains patient-care platform, which connects its hospitals, primary care facilities, outpatient clinics, and ambulatory care centers to create a near-paperless electronic medical record for its patients.
Alliant will assist Rocky Mountain Health to enhance its clinical processes and deploy new capabilities, including business intelligence, health analytics tools and patient-centered technology. Alliant also will assume certain operational and administrative responsibilities for Rocky Mountain Healths information technology environment.
The dedicated management consulting team will orchestrate Rocky Mountain Healths migration to a system of virtual operations management, which will be a key component of the health systems new technology infrastructure. Alliant, through its network of IT partners and management consultants, will manage applications and infrastructure including virtual data centers, electronic health record networks, help desks and medical device support.
