In this new role, McNamara will lead the integration and expansion of Apixio’s commercial organization including sales, account management, sales operations, and marketing to position the company for its next phase of accelerated growth.
The move comes amid growing demand for Apixio’s healthcare solutions, which leverage artificial intelligence to transform disparate data into actionable knowledge. Over the last three years, Apixio has substantially grown its nationwide customer base, expected to reach fifty health plans and provider groups by the end of 2019. In McNamara’s new role, he will closely partner with Apixio’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mark Scott, and his team to bring more sophisticated products to market quickly. Under this new direction, Scott’s role will expand to include leadership of the company’s product marketing strategy.
